This privacy statement covers all of the 9X Networks sites (”9X Sites”). Please read this statement carefully before using proceeding to access 9X Sites. Your use of 9X Sites indicates your agreement to abide by the Terms in effect.
Information Collection
9X Networks is the sole owner of the information collected on the 9X Sites. 9X Networks may collect information from our users at several different points on the 9X Sites.
Comments
In order to enhance their use of the 9X Sites, users can choose to leave comments on particular articles of interest. Commenters may register anonymously. However, if a third party complains that a comment breaches our Terms of Service (e.g. libels them), then in accordance with our Terms, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the commenter and alert them to the situation. If we are required to by law to disclose commenters contact information, we will attempt to contact commenters to give them the opportunity to respond to such requests. Mailing List
9X Networks may launch a mailing list for some or all of the 9X Sites. In order to sign up to receive regular emails from a site�s mailing list, users must submit information including a valid email address and demographic information such as location and interests. This information will be used in aggregate form only in order to assess general user interest in various internal and third party products and services, and your personal and contact information will not be passed to any other organization. Users who choose to sign up for a mailing list will receive regular emails from the site, including new articles added to the site as well as emails from third party site sponsors. If you do not wish to receive emails from third party advertisers, do not sign up for the mailing list.
Discussion Group and Cookies
In order to further enhance the user experience, 9X Networks may launch a discussion board service on some or all of the 9X Sites where users can discuss common topics of interest. Users will have the option of signing up for this service, and to do so must submit information including a valid email address. 9X Networks uses this information to screen out users who leave comments prohibited by our terms and conditions of use and to pick out topics of interest to discussion board users. 9X Networks will not pass this information to any other organization except in aggregate form.
The discussion board service may use cookies. A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s computer tied to information about the user. We may use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. For the session ID cookie, once users close the browser, the cookie simply terminates. A persistent cookie is a small text file stored on the user�s hard drive for an extended period of time. Persistent cookies can be removed by following Internet browser help file directions.
By setting a cookie on a 9X Site, users will not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on the site�s discussion board. We store a cookie on each user’s machine that contains a username and encrypted password. You can configure your browser to accept all cookies, reject all cookies, or notify you when a cookie is set. If you reject all cookies, you will not be able to use 9X Networks products or services that require you to “sign in,” and you may not be able to take full advantage of all offerings. However, not all 9X Networks services require that you accept cookies.

The ads appearing on this web site is delivered to you by our web advertising partners. Information about your visits to this site, such as number of times you have viewed an ad, is used to serve ads to you.

Log Files
Like most standard Web site servers we use log files. Terms and Conditions
CONTENT AND PRICING
We strive to keep the content and prices updated on our site. However due to the nature of our business, human error and other circumstances beyond our control, errors in pricing and availability can occur. If this were to occur, you will be contacted prior to you account being charged in order to make you aware of the situation so a desicion can be made.
SHIPPING
We ship UPS or FEDEX ground only. Under very very very few circumstances will other shipping arangements be made. Please allow 5-7 days for your products to arrive. If for some reason shipping times exceed 7 business days you will be notified prior to shipment so a decision can be made. It is the responsibility of you , the customer, to be available at the address at which orders are to be sent to. 9X Networks is not responsible for items that are not recieved due to you, the customer, not being available at the address at which you are asking items to be shipped.
RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your purchase. With that in mind. We will accept returns on new, unopened, re-sellable items in their original packaging within 14 days from the date which you received it. A 10% restocking fee will apply to returns that are not due to an error on our part. Return shipping is the responsibility of you, the customer, on returns that are not due to an error on our part. This policy does not apply to “Special Order” or “Group Buy” items. “Special Order” and “Group Buy” returns, because of their nature, will be handled on an individual basis. Some “Special Order” items may not be returnable, most will be subject to at least a 35% restocking fee. Electrical items/products cannot be returned non-warranty under any circumstances.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
Some items available through 9X Networks carry manufactures warranties. If you have a question as to the warranty on a particular product please contact us or the manufacturer prior to purchase. In all cases, unless expressly covered by said warranty, shipping to and from 9X Networks is the responsibility of you, the customer. We will repair or replace warranry items, refunds will not be given.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Items that become lost or damaged during shipment need to ba handled between the customer and the shipping company. If the customer requires additional insurance on an item that is please contact us so arangements can be made.
SALES TAX
In compliance with CA law, all items/products shipped to a CA address are subject to a tax of 8.25%.
